VR Training for Acid Module Maintenance for KATCO JV LLP

ROQED developed a 3D training program for acid module maintenance in a virtual environment for KATCO JV LLP, eliminating the need to interact with hazardous conditions during training. The course covers the structure of the acid module and the process of its maintenance. Users learn to start pumps, check pressure, and operate valves while adhering to safety protocols.

Development of Specialized Training Courses for ERG

ROQED successfully developed and implemented training courses for ERG, covering various professions, including crane operators, conveyor operators, separator operators, agglomerant operators, and sling operators. As part of the collaboration, projects were carried out to create digital twins of large equipment and machinery such as excavators and smelting furnaces.
