Vitamin Test

The vitamin C test determines the presence of a vitamin C solution of the food product sample. Used 1 cm _{3 DCPIP solution in test tube. Next is added a small amount of sample of food (as a solution). A positive test will show the disappearance of the blue color of the dye.}
