Determination of the presence of proteins in various biological objects

To detect proteins in biological objects, special reactions are used, such as a buret reaction: this is a high-quality reaction to proteins that tests the presence of their peptide communication. A 10% solution of sodium hydroxide and 1% solution of copper sulfate are added to 1 ml of the sodium hydroxide solution. With a positive reaction, violet color appears.
